1) Orange (with its own peel) Cake
Materials
3 ripe and big oranges
3 tea cups of flour
3 tea
cups of milk
2 teacups
of sugar
2 eggs
1 pinch
of Royal powder (chemical yeast).
Steps
1- Wash the
oranges well and cut them (don’t forget to remove the seeds and the white central part of the orange)
2 - Mix
all the ingredients and the oranges too (with the peel) in a mixer for 10
minutes. (except for the Royal yeast)
2-A) Add
the baking powder gently to the dough.
3 - Cover
a baking tin with a fine butter layer then sprinkle a pinch of flour on it.
4 – Lay
the dough n the baking tin.
5 – Warm
the oven up to 180 Celsius degrees; if your oven doesn’t have a thermometer,
wait for 15 minutes
6 – Put
the baking tin in the pre-warmed oven and wait about 1hour for the cake to be
ready.
7 – Open
the oven and stick the cake with a match or toothpick just once to see if it is
ready.
8 - If
so, take the cake out of the tin, and wait for it to cool down.
9 – Once
cold, cut the cake in small slices and serve it with a vanilla ice-cream ball.

Two bamboo sticks, one of 60 cm and a second of

1 ) Cross the bamboo sticks as indicate in the
picture with a resistant line.
2) Tie the sticks with the cotton line several
times. (in alternated directions)
3) Pass white glue on the whole of the surface
bamboo sticks.
4) Glue the eye and the colored scales on the
fish body, so glue it on the crossed sticks.
5) Making a "rabiola"
– tie many metallic strips at one meter of line.
6) Tie the rabiola at the side of the tail fish.
7) Tie a piece of line in each side of the kite
(40 cm) and linking themselves with the
line of reel one.
8) Kites need great open space and much draft
to rise flight.
9) Flying
kites –hold the line from the reel in a distance of
one meter far from the kite and,
